A former Factory/Office Buildings are the focus of regeneration for this project.
These buildings located at the heart of Reading has been dormant for many years and in need of modernisation.
An estimated cost of £4.5 million is required for acquiring and renovation
of the property.
Once transformed, the Reading Community Centre will be
born and will house a Training Centre for the unemployed, Day Nursery, Youth Club,
Music Studio, Meeting rooms, Community Hall, and a local Church.
